About the Role The Senior Vice President, Casino Operations (SVP Casino) is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational performance, and profitability of all gaming operations at Atlantis Paradise Island, including table games, slot operations, and sportsbook activities. Responsibilities • Ensure the casino delivers a world-class gaming and customer service experience. • Achieve financial objectives and maintain full regulatory compliance. • Focus on team member engagement, leadership development, and talent growth. • Foster a high-performance culture that supports exceptional guest experiences and long-term operational excellence. • Work closely with resort, finance, and executive leadership to align casino operations with Atlantis’ overall business strategy. • Support luxury brand positioning and commitment to service excellence. • Serve as the key liaison with the Bahamas Gaming Board and ensure full adherence to all gaming regulations. • Uphold strict compliance with AML policies, internal control procedures, and audit standards. • Maintain all necessary operational licenses and ensure all reporting and submissions are completed accurately and on time. Qualifications • Minimum 15 years of progressive casino leadership experience in large-scale casino or integrated resort operations. • Proven success managing multi-faceted gaming operations (table games, slots, sportsbook). • Deep understanding of gaming analytics, financial management, and operational controls. • Experience leading in regulated environments, with a strong record of compliance. • International and/or multi-jurisdictional casino operations experience. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). Required Skills • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Proven experience in casino operations and strategic planning. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills • Experience in luxury hospitality environments. • Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance.
