Position Overview As a Global MLM Leader / Brand Ambassador, you will develop and lead local or international partner structures, represent Assetara professionally, and support the growth of the ecosystem in your assigned market. Key Responsibilities • Structure Building: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing network of partners globally. • Network Development: Drive sustainable network turnover and support consistent volume growth in accordance with company policies and applicable law. • Representation: Act as an official regional representative, conducting webinars, Zoom meetings, and live presentations using approved materials. • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate activity records in the company CRM and follow approved duplication models. • Compliance: Communicate responsibly, avoid unapproved financial claims, and comply with company rules and applicable local regulations. Required Qualifications • Proven experience in network marketing (MLM), affiliate marketing, or high-ticket sales; fintech, crypto, or forex experience is an advantage. • An active network of investors, regional leaders, or sales professionals. • Strong leadership, communication, public-speaking, and relationship-building skills. • A results-oriented mindset and sound understanding of network-based performance compensation. • Fluent English; additional local languages are beneficial. What We Offer & Compensation Structure • Multi-Level Rewards: Access to a 10-level bonus accrual system, including up to 8% on qualifying first activations, subsequent-activation percentages, and rank advancement bonuses from $100 to $12,500, subject to the applicable compensation plan and eligibility rules. • Expense & Promo Budget: Marketing materials, promotional assets, and eligible office or travel expenses may be covered after agreed turnover milestones are achieved. • Corporate & Marketing Support: Access to approved promotional tools, presentations, localized materials, and leadership funnels. • Legal Protection: Subject to the Safety Shield Addendum and applicable agreement terms, the Company provides legal defense cost coverage, indemnification for authorized good-faith activity, and protections relating to platform operations.
