Conception, establishment, and continuous development of management systems to ensure information security and compliance of the City of Dresden** - Conception, establishment, operation, and continuous development of a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in accordance with BSI Standard 200-4 BCM - Identification and assessment of risks to business processes and IT systems - Conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) for critical business processes - Development and maintenance of emergency and recovery plans - Collaboration with the ISMS security organization of the City of Dresden - Participation in conducting risk analyses (risk management) - Creation and updating of organizational policies, particularly information security guidelines - Analysis and documentation of security incidents (detailed analysis of complex, cross-component and cross-system technical error conditions, and derivation of necessary measures) - Participation in the conception, development, and implementation of awareness and training measures on information security - Monitoring: Function and performance monitoring and optimization - Development and collection of metrics/Key Performance Indicators (KPI) - Documentation of implemented IT security infrastructure - Joint creation and maintenance of operational, deployment, and transition manuals/concepts and regulations for system use **2. Participation in and leadership of projects concerning the conception and implementation of technical and organizational measures related to information security** - Creation, review, and development of (procedure-specific) information security concepts - Participation in the preparation of project agreements, project submissions, and other documents to support internal operational procedures **3. Participation in the conception, establishment, and implementation of IT security systems (technical/administrative)** - Provisioning, implementation (installation and configuration), further development, administration, and monitoring **4. IT Security Systems Support** - Software maintenance and updates including contract/licensing arrangements - Ensuring continuous operation and operational tasks - Configuration management, customization (adaptation/parametrization) - Support for helpdesk, second-level support, ticket processing ## Your Qualifications - Diploma (FH), Bachelor degree (FH or University), or specialist qualification (VWA, BA) in computer science, business informatics, IT forensics, IT security, cyber security, or a comparable field You should additionally - Possess, in addition to experience and knowledge in the IT field, a strong interest in and awareness of IT/cyber/information security - Have professional experience in the field of information security (desirable) - Have solid knowledge of ICT technologies and infrastructure - Be able to work independently and conscientiously, think conceptually and analytically - Be communicative and team-oriented, work with customer focus, and demonstrate a willingness to pursue continuous professional development - Have knowledge of administrative law (advantageous) - Be willing to undergo security clearance in accordance with the Security Clearance Act (SÜG) **Have we struck a chord with you?** Are you looking for comprehensive training in exciting topics and a good team that always supports you?
