We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator (m/w/d) for our client in the banking sector on a temporary staffing basis. We are looking for an engaged HR consultant (m/w/d) in the banking and financial services sector to strengthen our team in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and supporting specialists in a dynamic industry. If you have a passion for human resources and enjoy working with people, we look forward to your application. ### Tasks: As an HR Administrator (m/w/d), you will support our client's employees throughout their entire employee lifecycle and serve as a point of contact for all HR-related matters. • Creation of employment contracts and personnel records • Maintenance of employee data in HR systems (including Workday and SAP HCM) • Support for onboarding, transfers, and offboarding • Ensuring accurate data for payroll processing • Advisory support to employees and managers on HR processes and offerings • Assistance with onboarding and organization of welcome calls and training sessions • Processing of HR requests and tickets (ServiceNow/Smartcases) • Contribution to optimization of HR processes and preparation of job descriptions and checklists ### Profile: • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in human resources, or equivalent degree • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR administration, employee support, or as an HR generalist • Strong knowledge of employment law, social security law, and payroll tax law • Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday, SAP HCM, and ServiceNow • Structured and meticulous work approach • High service orientation and strong communication skills • Fluent German and good English language skills ### Benefits: • International work environment • Flexible working hours • Comprehensive onboarding • Excellent public transportation access • 30 days of annual leave • Holiday and Christmas bonuses • Opportunity for conversion to permanent employment with a top employer Do you have further questions?
