Hiring company: Wisefind Segundo Piso Foundation — Hybrid Position (with one month of in-person onboarding) Position Purpose Support, strengthen, and monitor environmental and community/productive development initiatives in vulnerable territories, from a systemic and regenerative approach that integrates environmental protection with community well-being. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate the complete cycle of foundation-supported strategies in environmental and community/productive development areas: design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and closure. • Provide technical support to partner organizations in developing logical frameworks, budgets, and timelines. • Conduct field work and territorial visits, engaging in dialogue with communities, allied organizations, and local stakeholders. • Facilitate participatory evaluation processes and learning documentation. • Document experiences and generate clear reports for institutional decision-making. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Development, Environmental Sciences, Ecology, Geography, Environmental Engineering, Community Development, or related fields. Master's degree in Sustainability, Rural Development, or Socio-Environmental Studies is desirable. • Experience in civil society organizations, cooperation, or socio-environmental projects with direct field work. MANDATORY • Regenerative and environmental justice approach (not conservationist), with understanding of the interdependence between territory, community, and local economies. • Availability to travel frequently. Competencies • Intercultural sensitivity and human rights approach. • Ability to translate socio-environmental diagnoses into viable and culturally relevant proposals. • Skill in articulating with civil society organizations, communities, academia, and local authorities.
