# About the Gig We are currently seeking dynamic, talented Career Advisors/Mentors with experience to support students in bootcamps from one of our clients. We are looking for professionals passionate about professional development, job placement, and personal growth, who have a strong desire to guide students in preparing for new opportunities and successfully entering today's job market. Key Responsibilities: • Guidance and Support: Guide bootcamp students to achieve their professional and employability goals. • Daily Mentoring: Monitor student progress in their job search and skills development. • Internal Coordination: Share knowledge weekly with educational team members to ensure program alignment. • Academic Management: Oversee the comprehensive job placement and academic experience within the Bootcamp. • Continuous Feedback: Provide weekly reports to the team on student progress, needs, and motivation. # Community Building • Foster a sense of community and actively participate in the daily student experience. • Facilitate a supportive, energetic, and collaborative environment that extends well beyond course completion. # Requirements • Education: University degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related fields. • Sector Experience: Professional experience in career guidance, talent consulting, human resources, employability departments, or career management. • Training Experience: Previous experience providing training support, tutoring, mentoring, or career counseling. • Profile: Strong interest in talent development, continuous learning, and emerging labor market trends. • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication competencies. • Methodology: Ability to provide support in both synchronous (live) and asynchronous learning activities. • Languages: Native or bilingual fluency in Spanish (the bootcamp is taught entirely in this language). • Valued: Experience working with adults, bootcamps, or professional and vocational training programs. # About the Position • Position: Career Advisor/Mentor • Dates: September 18 to November 27, Fridays only. • Schedule: Fridays (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM) — Individual synchronous sessions • Language: Spanish Please mention the word **TENACIOUS** and tag RMTAwLjU5LjQ3LjQx when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMTAwLjU5LjQ3LjQx).
