Join #TeamSiroko! At Siroko, we're growing and looking for a UX/UI Designer to strengthen our digital business lines, working hand-in-hand with development, product, marketing, content, and data teams. Our goal is clear: design thoughtful experiences, aligned with the brand, and ready for production. At Siroko, we live sport as a way of life and work for a global community that understands it the same way we do. Our digital ecosystem is a key part of that relationship: ecommerce, apps, content platforms, campaigns, and new product initiatives—all of them essential touchpoints with our community. Every experience matters. That's why we want to keep elevating our brand's digital presence, and we're looking for someone to drive that challenge with us. 👀 What are we looking for? We're looking for design with conviction: visually polished, aligned with the brand, and focused on solving real user and business needs. The goal isn't just to create attractive interfaces, but to design clear, consistent, and easy-to-use experiences—especially in contexts where every decision can impact navigation, conversion, trust, and brand perception. It's a dynamic environment with multiple business lines and frequent releases, so we especially value the ability to bring ideas to life, prioritize, adapt, and design thinking about both the user and implementation feasibility. 💼 What will your responsibilities be? • Design digital solutions for our different business lines: ecommerce, app, content platforms, landings, campaigns, and new product initiatives. • Analyze existing flows, identify improvement opportunities, and translate user, business, and technology objectives into clear, actionable design proposals. • Work across different phases of the design process based on project needs: information architecture, navigation, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and high-fidelity visuals. • Propose features and improvements with each product's purpose, user experience, usability principles, and conversion impact in mind. • Build and grow our design system: consistency, reusable components, and visual coherence across all products. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: frontend, development, business, CRO, data, brand, content, and other teams involved in each project. • Document proposals clearly and in a structured way to facilitate handoff, implementation, and development. • Communicate and justify your design decisions to the team and project owners, backed by usability criteria, available data, qualitative feedback, and business needs. • Design A/B tests by defining different user flows to achieve the same objective and analyze their impact on key business metrics. AI as a working tool 🤖 For us, AI isn't an extra—it's a daily tool. We use it for real—flows with Claude Code + Figma, rapid prototyping, microcopy, documentation—and we want someone who embraces it and brings new ways to leverage it to the team. If AI is already part of how you work, or you're dying to make it so, this is your place. • You master ecommerce flows. You understand perfectly how a product page, cart, and checkout work, and where users are won and lost. • UX conviction. You define flows, navigation structures, and information hierarchies with solutions that truly improve the experience, not just on paper. • Flawless UI. You execute high-quality, polished, consistent interfaces with attention to visual hierarchy, composition, typography, spacing, interaction states, and brand coherence. You know how to innovate without breaking the system. • You bring ideas to life, prioritize, and design thinking about technical feasibility. If something isn't viable, you propose a Plan B that works. • Technical sensitivity. You don't need to code, but you speak the technical language: you understand HTML, CSS, responsive, components and states (loading, errors), and you know there are technical decisions behind every screen. • Collaborative mindset. You work well with cross-functional teams: frontend, development, product, marketing, or data. You understand the importance of listening to different perspectives and know how to integrate feedback to reach stronger solutions. ➡️ Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI, digital product, or web interface design, with at least 2 years in ecommerce, retail, or digital environments with a focus on business, conversion, and continuous improvement. • Expert command of Figma as your primary tool: component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping, interfaces, and documentation. • Strong UX conviction: you understand complete flows, justify your design decisions, and think about the experience, not just the screen. • Solid online portfolio with end-to-end work in web and mobile: research, wireframes, and final UI. • Organizational ability to prepare clear, documented deliverables that are easy for technical and business teams to understand. We'll value positively • Comfort with behavioral analytics (Clarity or similar) to support decisions with data, not just intuition. • Experience with usability testing, user research, or qualitative analysis. • Sensitivity to microcopy. You understand that text is design too: labels, error messages, empty states, and onboarding that guides the user. • Curiosity and autonomy. You're driven to learn, experiment, and improve how you work. When facing an obstacle, you take initiative to understand it, explore options, and propose solutions. Not meeting 100% of the list? No problem. If you fit what's essential, we want to know you. Perfect lists aren
