We're expanding our network of talented professionals for projects in design, video, and 3D. If you love bringing concepts to life, transforming briefs into impactful visual realities, and have an eye for detail, we'd like to meet you. We're recruiting freelancers for two distinct roles (you can apply for one or both :) Main Functions (General) • Develop visual content for well-known brands in the market; • Support the development of visual identities, key visuals, and institutional materials; • Collaborate with the creative team and Project Manager in campaign creation; • Stay on top of trends, presenting creative ideas tailored to each client. • Motion, video, 3D, and MVP work is not exclusive—we need someone capable of handling the day-to-day demands of an agency. Profile 1: Freelance Motion Design & Video Focused on bringing rhythm, movement, and dynamism to brands. • Required tools: Strong command of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator; • What we value: • Strong sense of rhythm, timing, and visual composition; • Ability to create dynamic 2D/3D animations for studio screens, LED walls, or activation content; • Adaptation of video content for digital campaigns and TV; • Dynamic spirit, proactivity, and ease in adapting static assets for video. • Strong graphic culture and ease in adapting static graphic content to different formats; Profile 2: Freelance 3D / MVP & Rendering Focused on spatiality, volume, and bringing stands and stages to the "real world." • Required tools: Strong command of Blender (and Photoshop for post-production/texturing); • What we value: • Excellent knowledge of 3D modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering; • Ability to create realistic renders and spatiality concepts (scenography/stands); • Ease in interpreting briefs and technical drawings to transform them into three-dimensional visual solutions. • Strong knowledge of fine arts and technical drawing. What Everyone Should Bring • Creativity, refined aesthetic sense, and great attention to detail; • Organizational capacity to meet deadlines (keyframes and deadlines are sacred); • Enjoyment of teamwork and experience in agency-paced environments. • Responsiveness and flexibility for short-term projects. Project Conditions • Regime: Hybrid (Lisbon) or 100% Remote (depending on project phase and needs); • Format: Freelance / Service provision.
