581321 DevOps Engineer Testing (all genders)

**In this role, you'll have the opportunity** to actively shape and continuously improve software verification for the Philips Patient Monitor Platform. You'll work closely with global teams from software and hardware verification, software development, systems engineering, and quality engineering, making a direct contribution to quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. **Your Job:** • Conception and further development of the tool landscape for software test engineering, including definition of tool requirements along existing test workflows • Development and maintenance of a software reporting environment, for example for automatic generation of test and quality documentation • Ensuring the quality of software reporting tools through creation and implementation of tool verification plans • Definition and establishment of standards-compliant working practices for software test engineering, taking into account regulatory requirements and internal processes • Close collaboration and stakeholder management with cross-functional teams (including R&D, project management, systems engineering) • Development and communication of efficient best practices in the field of software testing **What you should bring:** • Completed degree in engineering, computer science, or a comparable technical field • Pronounced analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills as well as a solution-oriented working approach • High team orientation and motivation for personal and shared professional development • Experience in the field of software testing and a strong interest in test methods and processes • Knowledge of Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) and test automation (e.g., Gherkin) • Experience in systems engineering (e.g., SysML, Cameo) and requirements engineering • Practice with test management tools such as TFS / Azure DevOps • Experience working with GitHub • Programming knowledge in C#, C++, and/or Python • Ideally, domain knowledge in patient monitoring or medical technology • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken **Philips Benefits for you:** • Attractive compensation beyond standard salary scales • Annual leave: 30 days • Mobility: Subsidized Germany-wide public transport ticket, leasing options for private use (bicycles, cars, smartphones, etc.) • Philips University & Philips in Balance: Various offerings in the areas of health and professional and personal development • Philips Pension Fund: Employer-funded retirement provision • Paid partner time: 2 weeks paid time for partners in connection with the birth of a child • Philips MyShop: Discounted Philips products • Meals: Free beverages & discounted prices in our canteen • Culture: Informal workplace culture, one paid day for volunteer work, various team and cultural activities (on sustainability, diversity, etc.), etc. **How We Work Together** We believe we achieve better results when we work together rather than separately.
