Come be part of Frete.com and learn more about the challenge in our Corporate Systems team: We are looking for someone to work on the maintenance and evolution of our internal systems, with a focus on integrations and support for business areas such as Sales, CX, CS, and Marketing. This position will be an important link between technology and operations, helping transform business needs into practical, scalable, and well-structured solutions. Day-to-day, you will partner with different areas of the company, supporting demand prioritization, tracking requests, investigating technical issues, and proposing improvements that bring greater efficiency to processes. You will also play a key role in HubSpot administration, integration management, and relationships with partner vendors. Key Activities • Partner with business areas to understand needs and help prioritize demands. • Track requests and incidents related to internal systems, ensuring visibility, organization, and on-time delivery. • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders about ticket progress, issues, and improvements. • Manage HubSpot, including pipeline configuration, workflows, properties, and native automations. • Implement and monitor integrations with other platforms, such as Blip, Zoho, Trebble, APIs, and WhatsApp Business. • Investigate systemic behaviors, failures, and integration issues through log analysis and technical evidence. • Manage external partners and consultancies, tracking SLAs and delivery quality. • Identify continuous improvement opportunities, seeking greater efficiency, scalability, and better system utilization. What We're Looking For • Experience with HubSpot administration and configuration. • Experience with system integrations, such as Blip, Zoho, Trebble, APIs. • Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API solutions. • Experience with demand management tools, such as Jira Software and Jira Service Management. • Strong communication and ability to interact with different areas and levels of the company. • Consultative mindset with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. • Analytical capability to investigate problems, identify root causes, and support resolution. • Experience managing vendors and consultancies. • Experience in environments using Kanban, Scrum, or other agile practices.
