Join us! As a Senior CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for managing relationships with different clients while having the autonomy to handle more technical and strategic solutions. The analyst role involves creating actions that consider digital maturity growth, channel evolution, and case development. This position is hybrid (3 days in-office and 2 days remote) at our São Paulo office. Responsibilities In the CRM team you will face the challenge of: • Managing an integrated, multi-channel operation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud; • Organizing data structure within the platform; • Developing strategies for acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention; • Managing, cleaning, and segmenting the database; • Structuring project management, client meetings, and material presentations; • Delivering and managing requests using agile methodology; • Conducting performance, conversion, and engagement analysis; • Creating dashboards and producing recurring reports; • Creating and building complex relationship workflows; • Developing automations, SQLs, and building data extraction; • Conducting training and supporting the technical development of assistants.
