ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Lifecycle & CRM Analyst to join our Growth Squad, working side by side with RevOps, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, with a focus on Lifecycle & CRM for Brazil and LATAM. You will operate and evolve relationship and conversion strategies using CRM, automation, and data, with two clear pillars: • Land (Base Acquisition): use the existing contact and business database to generate hand-raises, stimulate MQLs, and support New MRR generation, reducing exclusive dependence on paid media. • Expand (Customers): work with the customer base from onboarding onwards, focusing on activation, engagement, retention, adoption, and expansion, supporting upsell and cross-sell strategies in partnership with CS, Product, and RevOps. Beyond executing workflows and automations, this person will play an important role in dashboards, documentation, and CRM governance, ensuring clarity, traceability, and scale of lifecycle operations for BR and LATAM. If you enjoy a good challenge, are always seeking growth, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and want to make a difference, this role is for you! 💜 RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Lifecycle & CRM — Land (Base Acquisition) • Operate and evolve relationship workflows focused on generating demand via your own database. • Execute nurture cadences, cold lead recovery, and contact reactivation. • Create segmentations by interaction history, ICP, intent, and country (BR and LATAM). • Structure flows to stimulate hand-raises, generate MQLs, and support New MRR. Lifecycle & CRM — Expand (Customers) • Operate workflows and automations for the entire customer journey: onboarding, activation, engagement, retention. • Execute inactivity recovery cadences and reactivation of churned customers (winback). • Identify signals of upsell, cross-sell, and add-on opportunities with CS and Growth. • Execute expansion communications based on usage, maturity, and perceived value. CRM, Automation, and Data • Operate advanced CRM and automation tools (HubSpot or similar). • Create and maintain segmentations, dynamic lists, properties, and workflows in CRM. • Ensure database hygiene, field governance, and nomenclature consistency. • Configure UTMs and tracking rules for CRM x funnel x revenue traceability. Dashboards, Analysis, and Documentation • Create and maintain operational and management dashboards for lifecycle (Land + Expand + funnel). • Monitor metrics and generate continuous insights: MQLs, conversion, churn, influenced expansion. • Document workflows, segmentation logic, automation rules, and field dictionary. Brazil & LATAM Operations • Adapt cadences and messages by language, market maturity, and cultural context. • Bring structured insights from LATAM to Growth, CS, and Product teams. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS What you need to have • Previous experience with CRM, marketing automation, and/or lifecycle. • Experience in B2B and/or SaaS environments (preferably with SMB base). • Analytical and organized profile: data, dashboards, and processes are part of your routine. • Ability to work with autonomy and in multidisciplinary teams. Differentiators that stand out • Advanced experience with HubSpot and complex automations. • Looker / Looker Studio, GA4, funnel reading, and conversion analysis. • Experience with base reactivation and demand generation via CRM. • Intermediate/advanced Spanish to support LATAM operations. • Knowledge of LATAM markets and multicultural operations.
