When a permanent opening arises, we will first look to our Talent Pool and contact pre-approved candidates. With the Talent Pool, there are no strict timelines between stages, but as you advance, you become more likely to be contacted and invited for interviews, in addition to being pre-approved to join our team. Responsibilities: • Actively participate in the ideation, planning, and development stages of our clients' products; • Participate in discussions about technologies to be used in projects; • Develop native Android and iOS applications using Flutter, building layouts designed by our designers, aiming for excellent UX (pixel perfect); • Deploy with CI/CD; • Ensure the quality of project deliverables. Requirements and Qualifications: • Proficiency with project version control using Git; • Proficiency with MVC architectures and Clean Architecture; • Solid knowledge of the Flutter SDK and Dart 3 language; • Solid knowledge of web service consumption; • Knowledge of SQLite/SQL/NoSQL databases; • Proficiency building layouts, styles, components, and animations in Flutter; • Experience with CI/CD for Apple Store and Google Play; • Experience with unit and widget testing; • Willingness to help and share knowledge; • Proficiency in state management. Differentiators: • Knowledge of RPC; • Development using flavors in Flutter; • Flutter code monitoring (APM); • Experience with static code analysis for Flutter/Dart; • Clean code practices.
