Responsibilities and Duties • Conduct active prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. • Identify and map qualified leads within the ideal customer profile (ICP). • Use consultative sales techniques to engage potential clients and understand their needs. • Feed and update the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate and strategic information. • Create personalized contact cadences and conduct quality follow-ups. • Collaborate with the Growth and Marketing teams to optimize prospecting strategies. • Generate SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) for the sales team, ensuring a consistent and qualified pipeline. Requirements and Qualifications • Previous experience as a BDR, SDR, or in related commercial roles (minimum 6 months). • Knowledge of prospecting and consultative sales techniques (SPIN, BANT, etc.). • Experience using CRMs (HubSpot is a plus). • Ability to work with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ramper, or similar. • Familiarity with prospecting KPIs (number of leads worked, conversion rate, etc.).
