Deliver quality results aligned with client expectations and contracts, generating revenue through scalability of the department. What your day-to-day will look like: • Align and technically oversee the data labeling team, ensuring that image recognition model training follows required quality standards. • Register products in Data Entry systems in a technical and detailed manner, guaranteeing that the database is populated with precision and maximum reliability. • Maintain and proactively update the CRM, ensuring that information about products and labeling criteria is always ready for use by all project team members. • Conduct constant review and audits of records, identifying standardization failures and correcting them preventively. • Act as the technical right hand to PMs and CSs, providing data insights and analyses to help them manage client demands. • Create and update registration and classification procedures, serving as a technical reference so that operational work is scalable and standardized. • Analyze and respond to tickets about data model questions or errors, investigating root causes and defining corrective action plans to prevent recurrence. • Monitor adherence indicators to departmental processes, using results to validate operational delivery quality. To make this show happen, we need you to master: • Identifying small discrepancies in images. • Following playbooks with discipline, without skipping steps. • Demonstrating technical curiosity to understand how AI "sees" what you register. • Communicating errors and questions clearly and objectively. • Giving and receiving feedback naturally. • Operating CRMs and performing data entry with agility and precision. • Using Excel/Google Sheets at a basic level to organize SKU lists, apply filters and simple formulas (VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, etc.). • Applying data labeling concepts, understanding bounding boxes and image classification.
