THE IMPACT YOU'LL GENERATE Santander México is seeking an EXPERIENCED DUAL TELLER based in HISTORIC CENTER OF MEXICO CITY We are redefining how we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas. In This Role, Your Main Responsibilities Will Include: Provide comprehensive service at your window for deposits, check payments, or any other service requested by branch customers, delivering quality service and acting in compliance with the regulations and guidelines established by the bank. MAIN FUNCTIONS • Perform cash deposit and withdrawal operations, checks, transfers, currency buying and selling, etc., that customers request, using available tools and verifying established security measures, to achieve optimal customer service levels and meet individual and branch objectives. • Support the promotion of financial products and/or services during placement campaigns, communicating basic information provided by Account Executives to customers, in order to capture prospects for contracting and achieve your work unit's goals. • Maintain the good condition and functionality of your equipment and work tools, reviewing them at the start of the day and correcting or reporting any failures found to the appropriate person (Cash Officer or SOS), so you are in a position to provide timely and efficient service to branch customers. • Perform cash reconciliation through the corresponding administrative tools, in order to reconcile cash balances and documents versus what is recorded in the system, detecting, clarifying, and correcting any discrepancies that may arise. • Perform the corresponding procedures when detecting relevant and suspicious operations, as well as concerning internal acts and operations, in accordance with institutional policies and procedures. • Comply with physical security measures, material safeguards, procedures, and operations to protect the institution's assets.
