Role Responsibilities and Objectives
• Structure, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns focused on two main fronts of our SMB business unit: acquiring new leads and reactivating customers.
• Create nurture sequences, marketing automation, campaign management via WhatsApp and email. Strategic integration with paid media and other channels.
• Work in synergy with partner marketing teams such as: sales, RevOps, and product.
• Drive the acquisition of qualified new leads and recover former customers through advanced CRM strategies, ensuring assertive, scalable, and innovative communication.
• Transform contacts into business opportunities and rebuild trust with lost customers, using automation, artificial intelligence, and conversational channels—such as WhatsApp—integrated with other channels like paid media, social, etc.
• Use Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate copywriting production, structure A/B tests, and analyze campaign results.
• Analyze marketing funnel, sales, and churn data to identify optimization opportunities in the acquisition and reactivation journey, supporting the execution of the team's global strategy, bringing complementary insights and new approaches.
Requirements
• Solid experience with Marketing Automation and CRM tools (HubSpot).
• Expertise in structuring and operating WhatsApp Marketing campaigns, including dispatch tools, chatbots, and conversational nurture sequences.
• Practical knowledge in applying Artificial Intelligence for marketing efficiency gains.
• Analytical capability to read funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, Conversion Rate, CAC, LTV, ROI, Recovery Rate) and create dashboards.
• Knowledge of Inbound Marketing strategies, B2B journey, and customer reactivation strategies. Basic understanding of channel integration and the impact of paid media on CRM.
• Decision-making based on metrics and results.
• Ability to understand the pain points of the SMB audience and the reasons for cancellation to create relevant communications.
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Previous experience with SaaS and/or the financial, accounting, or tax market, understanding the pain points of tax analysts and accounts payable teams.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools or use of AI tools to create visualizations and tracking.
• Experience structuring experimentation tests.
