Responsibilities: • Participate and collaborate in defining KRs and their KPIs • Conduct UX research • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data • Prioritize problems and features • Develop and manage product backlog • Operationalize in-depth mapping of opportunities/problems and their impacts using facts and data • Plan and align with the technical team the execution of prioritized initiatives in the Squad Requirements and Qualifications: • Knowledge of the Discovery process and its methodologies • Knowledge of UX research techniques • Experience as UX, PM, PO, or background in Consulting • Analytical capability to identify problems and develop hypotheses • Ability to conduct meetings with clients and stakeholders • Entrepreneurial profile to identify market opportunities Differentials: • Experience as Product Manager • Experience with A/B Testing • Experience with project management • Conducting data analysis of research • Product delivery and developer relationships
