As a Web Designer, you will: Responsibilities: • Execute design activities on varied projects, ensuring quality and adherence to agreed timelines and objectives; • Create innovative interfaces and experiences, incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to optimize workflows, personalize content, and automate interactions; • Stay current with UX/UI and AI/GenAI methodologies and tools, promoting innovation in projects; • Conduct user research, develop personas, map user journeys, and build low and high-fidelity prototypes; • Test and validate experiences with users, gathering feedback and refining interactions supported by AI/GenAI; • Collaborate with Product, Engagement, and Commercial teams, integrating AI/GenAI insights to improve user experience; • Contribute to Design team excellence by promoting mentoring, reviews, and training; • Develop functional interfaces using frameworks provided by the client or market development platforms, incorporating AI/GenAI components when applicable. Prerequisites: • Advanced English for conversation; • Solid experience with UX/UI, including prototyping for web and applications (desktop, tablet, mobile); • Knowledge of Design Thinking and user-centered methodologies; • Practical experience or interest in AI and GenAI applied to interfaces and digital experiences; • Robust portfolio demonstrating skills in interface and user experience design; • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD. Desirable: • Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML; • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); • Experience with collaboration tools (Miro, InVision); • Experience integrating AI/GenAI into UX workflows, automation, and interface personalization.
