Senior Fullstack Engineer — Produtos Financeiros (Miniapps)

Build end-to-end digital financial experiences Akropoli is developing financial products integrated into the retail consumer journey. As part of the Rock Encantech ecosystem, we have access to a unique set of data that enables us to create highly contextualized financial experiences. We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to build modern financial miniapps — working on both user experience and backend logic, as well as integration with financial services. The problem we're solving Creating simple, fast, and reliable digital financial experiences within the consumer journey. This means enabling users to access services like credit, payments, and financial intelligence directly at the moment of purchase, with low friction and high performance. What you'll do • Develop fullstack applications (frontend + backend) for financial products • Build miniapps integrated into apps, marketplaces, and superapps • Develop and evolve APIs that support financial journeys • Work closely with product, design, and data teams • Ensure quality, performance, and scalability of solutions • Participate in architectural decisions with a focus on simplicity and speed Tech stack and environment We work with a modern, product-oriented stack: • React or Flutter (frontend) • Node.js / REST APIs (backend) • JavaScript / TypeScript • Microservices-based architecture • Integration with external services (Open Finance, payments, credit) • Modern design systems The profile we're looking for • Solid experience as a Fullstack Engineer • Strong command of JavaScript or TypeScript • Experience with API development • Experience with scalable digital applications • Ability to work with autonomy and product vision • Pragmatic mindset (focus on delivering value quickly) Differentiators • Experience in fintechs or financial products • Experience with miniapps, superapps, or marketplaces • Experience with payment or credit integrations • Experience with event-driven architecture Why this opportunity is unique • Build financial products based on real consumption data • Work end-to-end with a high level of autonomy • Work on real problems in credit, payments, and financial behavior • Participate in a growing platform within the Rock Encantech ecosystem
