We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to work in a 100% remote model. The goal is to design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, supporting the expansion of CashMe's financial products. We seek a solid technical profile with a proactive approach, mastery of C# and APIs, capable of proposing efficient architectures and ensuring delivery quality in a remote collaboration environment.
As a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, you will focus on:
• Developing technology solutions to enable CashMe's exponential growth, with multiple business products, from loan simulation to contract signing;
• Working with Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service with Omnichannel), Power Platform (Power Apps Model Driven and Canvas, Dataverse, Power Automate), performing development, administration, configuration, customization, and unit testing activities;
• Proposing solution patterns and sharing technical knowledge;
• Evaluating impacts, mapping risks and product improvement opportunities;
• Working with SCRUM agile methodology, participating in refinements, plannings, dailies, and retro/reviews. You will have support from SM, PO, PM, QA, UX, and fellow developers.
It is important that you have:
• Completed higher education in technology areas;
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power Apps Model Driven, plug-ins, workflows, customizations, Actions and Custom APIs, Power Automate, and SDK;
• Experience with Dataverse data modeling decisions;
• Experience with systems development using C# (.NET), JavaScript/TypeScript, and integrations via REST/SOAP and OData (Web API);
• Experience with support tools: XrmToolBox, Power Pane, Level Up, and CLI tools (PAC CLI);
• Experience with source code management using GIT;
• Ability to create technical documentation;
• Proactive and Autonomous Profile: Results-oriented mindset, with initiative to identify technical debt, propose refactors, and anticipate integration impacts.
You stand out even more if you have:
• Experience with Power Apps Canvas, Power Fx;
• Experience with PCF (PowerApps Component Framework);
• Knowledge of Cloud AWS, Azure;
• Knowledge of SQL Server;

• Advanced English for technical collaboration;
