Your mission: Build, manage and inspire
You are far more than an administrator – you are the ambassador for your products. You take strategic guidelines and operational challenges and independently translate them into excellent technological solutions. You love diving deep into configuration, but at the same time champion your products and inspire others with your enthusiasm for new features. • End-to-end configuration: You are responsible for the administration and ongoing development of our low-code products (e.g., Zendesk, Babelforce). You enjoy getting "under the hood" and mapping processes with technical precision.
