This strengthens the entire supply chain process, which becomes collaborative through the integration of customer and supplier systems. Job Description With a view to evolving the IUNGO platform and strengthening the methodological approach of the Solutions area, we are looking for a Product Owner who can join a growing Product Management and R&D team with enthusiasm and motivation. You will have the opportunity to work across the entire cycle of ideation, creation, and launch of a new product suite, while also helping to drive the transition from legacy systems to innovative technological solutions that address the continuously evolving needs of our market, technology landscape, and industry regulations. Qualifications Key Responsibilities • Product Vision Definition: Collaborate with management to align business objectives with user needs. • Market & Customer Research: Analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends. Conduct user interviews to identify real problems to solve. • Backlog Management: Create, organize, and prioritize User Stories, ensuring the development team always has clear work to perform. • Value Maximization: Make critical decisions on which features to develop to ensure maximum ROI (Return on Investment). • Data Analysis and KPIs: Define and monitor success metrics to guide data-driven decisions. • Stakeholder Interface: Gather feedback, manage expectations, and communicate product progress to customers or internal departments (marketing, sales, etc.), supporting sales and pre-sales activities or product implementation at acquired customers. • Pilot Project Management: Coordinate initial projects with customers to validate the product/service and define the best approach to achieve customer objectives. Required Qualifications • Previous experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in software/SaaS contexts. • Analytical and Synthesis Skills: Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, actionable technical specifications. • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving aptitude, ability to interface with diverse internal and external stakeholders. • Knowledge of Tools and Processes: Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar, and familiarity with Agile methodology. Nice-to-Have • Public Speaking: Ability to represent the product at conferences, webinars, or presentations to major customers. • Supply Chain experience • Growth Hacking experience: Knowledge of techniques for rapid user acquisition and activation. • Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies, such as Design Thinking. • Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g., UX designer, Data engineer, Developer, Architect, Sales & Marketing).
